Lok Kalyan Marg Metro Station
The central business district of Delhi is not out of reach from the Lok Kalyan Marg metro station. It may look like just another station on the Yellow Line, but history gives it some charm. Renamed in 2016 to coincide with more progressive times, Lok Kalyan Marg is its official name from its previous one, Race Course Road. It is a modern elevation, with the height on the higher side to get the view of the city below. Envisioned perhaps to cater to the Prime Minister's official residence, 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, travelers here are a mix of office goers, locals, and even the curious. While the station is not very vast in terms of amenities, it is pretty self-sufficient for a trouble-free journey. ATMs will let you draw the cash you need, and food kiosks will let you have a snack in a jiffy. The accessible station will be convenient for all users. Lok Kalyan Marg, keeping the key to convenience, will be loaded with benefits. Going north, you will reach the heart of Delhi, where you might find many renowned monuments and busy markets. Moving south, you run directly into more commercial areas and recreational centers on the Yellow Line.
